Partyfit (the classic)

Increase your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, mobility, and flexibility. PARTYFIT® brings fitness back to dance fitness. Incorporating functional fitness with basic easy to follow dance moves. To the beat we move to a wide range of music genres and dance styles including hip hop, Latin, house, twerk, and drum and bass to name only a few. You will leave sweaty, strong, extra sassy, and on your way to better physical AND mental health! 


Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

Saturday 11am - 12pm 

Partyfit and Pump

25-30 minutes of Partyfit ( the classic) followed by a 25-30 minute segment of upper body strength training. We will focuse on push and pull movements your foundation to a strong, functional, and pain free upper body! We won't forget to hit those accessory muscles, biceps and triceps that will leave you feeling confident in those sexy sleeveless numbers. 


Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

Booty and Core

Booty, booty, booty rockin every where! It’s no secret that big booties are all the craze in the fitness world, but why? The glutes are one of the largest and SHOULD BE amongst one of the most powerful muscles in your body! However, unlike other muscles the glutes don’t naturally get worked in our everyday lives. They go to sleep, so Let’s wake them up! A complete lower body workout with a strong focus on those posterior chain muscles to balance out an anterior focused lifestyle.
